Items for Sale

Hastings Public Schools prioritizes the fiscal responsibility and effective management of district assets. Periodically, the District retires furniture, technology, and other equipment no longer essential to our operations. Pursuant to Minnesota state statutes, these surplus goods are offered for sale to the public.

Terms of Sale

  • All items are sold as-is with no warranties or guarantees.

  • Sales are final—no returns or exchanges.

  • Items must be picked up by the buyer within the timeframe specified for each sale.

  • The district reserves the right to set minimum bids or prices in alignment with applicable policies and statutes.

Current Items for Sale

Football JUGS machine
The machine is about 20 years old.  It is operational and functional, but it is not in pristine condition.  It has been used only to shoot or pass footballs.  Starting bid $50.

PC Laptops - Lot of 123 devices
The notebooks are the Hewlett Packard (HP) Elitebook 840 G6 Model. Most are in good condition and working. Not all of them have an AC adapter. They come with 16 GB of RAM and a 256 GB SSD. They will not come with a Windows operating system. The SSD will be blank. 

Starting bid $9,225 for the whole lot of 123 laptop computers.
