Employee Assistance

What is an Employee Assistance Program (EAP)?
EAP Programs provide professional and confidential support and resources 24/7 to help employees and their families that can impact their personal lives or job performance. The program is voluntary and confidential and is designed to allow employee's or members of their immediate family to seek help on their own.

How to Access EAP Benefits
EAP Benefits are available to district employees who are eligible to be covered under the district's LTD insurance. The benefit extends to the eligible employee's immediate family also.
The Standard provides the district with EAP benefits provided through Health Advocate.
Getting help is easy! You can connect with EAP support by phone, email, online, live chat, or through the mobile app.
